Winter summer learning journey Day 1 activity 3 (BONUS)
During the ancient Olympic Games, men were allowed to compete in the events but women were not. In fact, women were often forbidden from even watching the Olympic Games. I think that this is an unfair because of women's should've been able to compete even to watch because what's wrong with having ladies watching or even participating in games . Women should have the same opportunity to play like the men.

Hi Uati,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the Winter Learning Journey programme! I am so happy to see that you have decided to join our programme this holiday. It's such great news!
I am also really happy that you have chosen to blog about the 'No Girls Allowed' rule. I completely agree with you. I think that it was unfair to exclude women from participating (or even watching) the games. They are just as capable as men of competing in a sporting event and I believe that they should have been given the opportunity to represent their country, their family and themselves at the games.
I really hope that you will continue to post such interesting blogs this holiday. I am already looking forward to reading your next one!
Keep up the great work!
Cheers,
Rachel
